Designing the EPSHOT - Experimental Prototyping Systems for Healthcare Delivery of Tomorrow
The project will consist of renovating approximately 11,100 Rentable Square Foot at 828 West Peachtree Street, 3rd floor for the Health Systems Institute. Renovation scope includes two parts: (1) The EPSHOT will include labs, offices, common areas, conference rooms, break rooms and lounge for the Health Systems Institute. (2) The other part of the space will be for the external partner that would co-locate within the Health Systems Institute. Actual square footage will be decided after the external partner agreement is established. The team will be responsible for the HSI portion only but will collaborate and coordinate with the architect hired by the external partner for the design and planning of the overall space.
