Zhuoyang Li
I am a first-year masters student in Health Systems at Georgia Institute of Technology. I received my B.S. degree in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering from University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I am a member of Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE), Society for Health Systems (SHS) and Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI).
I find engineering a truly fascinating subject, one which always reminds me of the essence of the Enlightenment where inspiration, creativity, science and design live in harmony. I am constantly amazed at how our quality of life is enhanced on a daily basis by the cutting-edge technologies; and I am convinced that engineers like us can make an effective difference in improving our lives.
I am now working on process improvement projects with Emory University Hospital (EUH) Department of Radiology, as a Graduate Research Assistant. My career goal is to become a professional health systems consultant, continuously helping to design and advance healthcare systems while enhancing satisfaction experience for both healthcare providers and patients.
Note: I have completed my CITI Training.
