Lubna is a first year master's student in Health Systems. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering from Jordan in 2010 and then immigrated to the USA. She has worked as a research assistant in a human genomics laboratory during the past year in Georgia Tech before starting the master's program. She is currently conducting research with the Center for Operations Research in Medicine and Health care focusing on studying factors behind patient readmission to the emergency department in Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta.
