Bio
Becky Halcik joined the Health Systems Master's Program in Fall 2008. She graduated from Georgia Tech in May 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. Her graduate research assistantship is with Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) as a management engineering intern. She is responsible for updating Emergency Department (ED) and Operating Room (OR) metrics and is researching predictive staffing in the ED. Becky serves as the student board member for the Georgia Chapter of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS).
