Bio
Francine handles financial and accounting operations for HSI. Included within her many duties, she manages HSI budgeting, coordination of sponsored research projects and proposals, processing of travel and other related expenses, preparation of purchase orders and approval of invoices, utilization and reconciliation of p-cards and state appropriated accounts, processing of personal services forms for graduate and undergraduate students, approval and processing of biweekly time documents, and maintenance of vacation and sick reporting. Ms. Lyken also assists HSI faculty with administrative support. Francine joined HSI in September of 2008.
