Project name: TRIAR: The Triage Chair for the Future
Team Members: Brandon Thompson, Becky Halcik, Kapil Raj Nair
Problem: The present Triage has many problems which includes:
* Inefficient work flow
* Poor Space Utilization
* Inaccessible Equipment
* Lack of Procedural Integration in Medical Equipments and furniture.
Solution: Our Solution is to develop a chair which can integrate different medical equipments and measuring systems that form the core of the Triage process. This chair would act as a one stop chair for measuring weights, blood pressure, temperature and pulse. It also can act as a wheel chair and a stretcher. It also has an IV stand and a blood sample tray attached to it.
